A support group for expecting and post partum moms experiencing depression or anxiety

You will learn about…

  • Provides support and education for moms dealing with symptoms of depression and anxiety during their pregnancy or in the post partum period.
  • Groups are co-facilitated by health professionals from Capital Health and the St. Albert & Sturgeon PCN
  • Topics covered include; relaxation skills, coping with anxiety, relationship issues, wellness, medications, self-care, exercise, nutrition and anger management.

Class Duration: 2 hour classes, once a week
Location: Parents Place, 10A - 215 Carnegie Drive, St. Albert
