Working in partnership with Alberta Health Services, the PCN is able to provide the following educational sessions for patients:

Learn ways to cope with anxiety, panic attacks or worry.

A memory enhancement program for Adults 50+.

A how-to workshop for changing your relationship with food.

A program that offers you a chance to get up to date on diabetes care.

A program for Seniors interested in aging energetically & with good health.

A support group for expecting / postpartum moms experiencing depression or anxiety.

Information session for those diagnosed with cholesterol problems.

Learn to live with chronic conditions & every day challenges.

Discover and understand the basics of Menopause.

An education group to learn how to prevent or delay diabetes.

Group counselling.
-
A program for Seniors to reduce their risks for falling.

Helping adults create healthier lifestyles and practice strategies for weight management.
Most sessions are held at the Primary Care Network in St. Albert.
