Youth Addiction Treatment

    • Facilitates referrals to detox, residential and aftercare
    • Offers adolescent information sessions on harm reduction
  • AADAC - Youth Treatment Program(780) 422-7383
    • Provides personalized assessment, treatment and referral services for youth and their families
    • Offers a residential youth detox
    • Provides residential treatment for youth through a three-month, urban-based group program
    • Offers a three-month intensive day treatment program
    • Drop-in intake is available 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm, Monday/Wednesday/Friday

12 Step Meetings

  • Tips to attending a 12 step meeting
    • Meetings are intended only for the person that has the desire to stop using (don’t bring family and friends except for specially designated dates)
    • Meetings are confidential – first names only are shared and everyone is expected to honour the confidentiality code
    • Each group can be different – try several and find one that fits you the best
